Here is a look into two brochures made for Pinewood Hotel, the wedding brochure and the events brochure. These brochures created record numbers for inquiries at Pinewood. The same process has been applied to Fredrick's Hotel with a similar success, more inquiries. The brochures were created to absolutely over sell the hotels. The decision was to make the focus of the publication an informative guide into events and weddings, rather than just being picture heavy. From reading the brochure all a guests question's are answered, this was done due to results from analytics. Research showed us that we had a very high level of click's and interaction but not as many inquiries. One of the reasons was due to the outdated marketing material the hotels had. The new Art Hotel's brochures include far more info such as: infographics, guest reviews, frequently asked questions and new photography.
