During my time at QA, I led the planning, creative, and definition for both B2B and B2C campaigns, as well as provided a consultative review of performance throughout the campaign lifecycle. My main responsibilities were our weekly newsletters, landing pages, nurture campaigns, setting up and planning webinars, and workflows.
The results were great, over 2 years I generated over £7 million in attributed revenue from my direct campaigns. Creating all content including images & copy for our weekly newsletters and 20+ client & product campaigns.
When I started working for QA, they were looking for someone to help them integrate Hubspot as their new CRM/CMS. This integration was constantly evolving as we worked to utilize the many features Hubspot offered, and as the team and business grew. My job was to build new email and landing page templates that ultimately increase our engagement through continuous A/B testing and development, the end result was a fully optimized CRM, that allowed myself to harness the full potential of Hubspot and its digital marketing capabilities.
Other responsibilities include being a brand guardian, making sure our TOV, messaging and branding is consistent across many marketing assets. Managing our data, ensuring leads were organised and in their correct lists. As well as marketing automation, creating automated email campaigns.
Here are some examples of some of the extremely positive results and content I produced.
WEEKLY NEWSLETTERS
Here is a breakdown of our email stats on Hubspot. You can see we are on track and our results are above industry benchmarks.
Since I started working for QA, I have integrated a new landing page and email template, which have really pushed our digital marketing efforts forward. Through continuous testing of content, and making sure our data was optimised and cleansed regularly, our engagement rates went through the roof. By increasing our engagement rates, we increased our leads, which increased our revenue quite significantly.
One of my responsibilities is to operate our weekly newsletters, in which I manage, write copy and product content. You can view an example here:

Below are some examples of excellent attributed revenue. Our weekly newsletter has generated over £7 million since I have worked at QA.
NEW WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
One of the last projects I worked on for QA was the complete redesign and overhaul of their website on Hubspot. There were two aims of mine with this website rebuild.

1. Create a website with a great design and user experience for our customers, to encourage webinar/course signups.
2. Create a fully customisable CMS which empowers our marketing department to easily create amazing webpages themselves, which speeds up the process and takes the pressure off our Graphic Design department.

Throughout this project, I managed a team of developers to produce the new site. The design and new features of the website were created myself, and I am very happy with the end result, in which I won a Spirit award from the company.

You can view a template of the new design here.

CONTENT HUBS
Here are some examples of free content hubs I created as part of a lead nurturing campaign. Providing resources for individual product areas. Although it is a free resource, these pages have produced over £50,000 individually, in just a few months from going live. The success of these campaigns has allowed for more content hubs to be produced, in different product areas of QA. Please see below some examples.
NURTURE CAMPAIGN
Here is an example of a campaign produced to nurture leads, to increase conversions of our AWS courses. A series of
post-event emails were sent to AWS event registrants. By focusing on building relationships with existing leads, this campaign has produced over £27,000 since going live. Please see some examples below:
